Specifics: The Daemonbinder banishes a single chaotic evil Outsider. They are allowed Spell Resistance and a Will Save to resist this effect, but save at a -4 penalty compared to Forbidding. The level of the Outsider is no limitation. This ability can be used instead of Forbidding, but consumes 1.5 uses.
