A character can use this skill to get a bully to back down or make a prisoner give the information he wants to have.
In combat, Intimidate can be used to Demoralize an opponent.
Check: When using the Demoralize ability, the character makes an Intimidate check vs their current melee target. The DC is an opposed check against the target's Hit Dice, Wisdom bonus and saving throw bonus vs Fear. A successful check reduces the target's AB and saving throws by 2 for one round. This Special Move has a cooldown of 1 round, during which time the character's damage is lowered by 1.
Special: Characters can only activate one Special Ability per round. This includes Demoralize, Feint and Tumble checks, as well as Animal Empathy, Called Shot, Circle Kick, Disarm, Knockdown, Pick Pocket, Reckless Blow, and Shield Bash abilities.
Use: Select Skill Set -> Demoralize in the class menu while in melee.
